Young driver training.
First tests of the chassis for 'Peter', the red engine. This is a dual motor unit, producing around 2HP [~1.5kW]. In service it happily hauls two loaded Pullmans and a flat truck up the steep bank. For comparison, the 1HP unit can just manage this on a dry day with 'light' passengers. Wet rails and 'larger' people cause timetable delays due to wheel slip!
